Septic Tank Maintenance

The State of North Carolina Recommends to have your septic tank maintained every 3-5 years. This is very important to ensure the longevity of your drain field working properly. If your property is a rental, we have recommendations for you based on the length of your rental season and guest count! Do not wait until you have visitors to have your septic pumped. Protect your investment and guests with the proper maintenance.

Inspection

We are certified NC Septic Tank Inspectors. This process allows us to look into your septic tank to determine if it is functioning properly. These are typically used to real estate transactions but can be done for anyone wanting to know more about the health of their tank and drain field.

Installation/Risers

John, Caleb and Jim are certified Level II Waste Water Contractors. We install new systems and drain fields. We also do repairs. This begins with applying for a permit at your local health department. Once you have your permit in hand we are able to give you an estimate. Risers are installed to give an access point to the tank from ground level! Ask us about risers today.

Perk Test Pits

Perk Test Pits are the first step in installing a septic system for new construction. There are 3 pits that are dug 3ft wide and 4ft deep. We dig them in a triangular pattern in order to get the best variety of soil for the test itself. We do not test the soil, we only dig the pits.

Pumping

Pumping is our specialty! This service includes the locating, uncovering, and pumping of both sides of the septic system. We be sure to get a full clean out when we complete a job!
